Sheriff Rick Eiesland is the elected administrator of the Wasco County Sheriff's Office.
The Sheriff is directly responsible to the citizens for effective, efficient law enforcement services. The Sheriff directly supervises the Chief Deputy and the Parole and Probation Manager.
Chief Deputy Steve Conover is responsible for the day-to-day Operations of the Sheriff's Office. The Chief Deputy is Reports directly to the Sheriff. Duties of the Chief Deputy include supervision of the Patrol, Investigations, Animal Control, 911 Communications, office Staff and Emergency Management.
Office Manager Mary Curtis-Drury is responsible for maintaining all records of the Office as well as Payroll and other accounting functions. Duties of the Office Manager include supervision of the Civil Deputy and Records Clerk
