Sheriff :: Records and Civil Process

Description:

The Records Division manages all of the documentation associated with the Sheriff's Office. Crime reports are maintained, requests for information or copies of reports are processed, fingerprinting is done as well as managing the budget and expenditures.

The Civil function processes the enforcement orders of the courts. These include garnishments, small claims, forced evictions, till taps and restraining orders. Subpoenas for the District Attorneys Office and defense attorneys are also served. Concealed Handgun License applications are also processed by the Civil Deputy.

Office Manager Brenda Borders supervises the Records Clerk and Civil Deputy.
