Clerk

Oregon Law requires County Clerks to conduct elections for state, county, cities and special districts; maintain voter registrations and election statistics; provide a method for recording and preserving land records and liens; issue marriage licenses and record domestic partnerships; keep the Commissioner's Journal; maintain County public records and provide a clerk for the Board of Property Tax Appeals.

The County Clerk is not a part of the Oregon State Circuit Court System. For court related services contact the Trial Court Office (541) 506-2700.
