Request for Proposals - Professional Architectural and Engineering Services
The Commissioners of Wasco County request proposals from experienced firms interested in providing Professional architectural, engineering and construction management services. The intent of the County is to enter into a contract with the selected firm to develop construction design documents including all required engineering services for the new Wasco County 3rd street building and Courthouse remodels. The contract will include a fixed fee for the entire scope of the work. Firms responding to this request will be evaluated based upon their qualifications, prior experience, proposed schedule, a plan for completing work, associated fees, and other relevant factors.
